"After calling around for weeks, getting quotes and feeling uneasy when my questions were not answered with confidence. I called Allen state farm on a referral from a coworks daughter. "It was good to see Kim back with State Farm. She did a policy review today to make sure everything was current. She was very thorough in the review and offered options that might provided better coverage for our situation. She also informed us of changes that State Farm would be making in the future. She is friendly and very easy to work with. v/r Joe N I was needing to add new vehicle to my policy. Spoke with Jennifer and she made the changes and sent me a copy of everything I needed to prove I had insurance on the new vehicle. Took approximately 10 minutes to get everything completed.
