"This review is for State Farm and other Big Box Companies! Did you know that asking your agent a question about your claim is "self -reporting?" This is the counted as a claim! My Aunt has had 2 paid claims, but is being penalized by State Farm by asking questions 5 other items for a policy that she has spent her hard earned money on, in 24 years of ownership! One star for having the decency to give a personal call and email for notifying my Senior Aunt that she has until February 1st to find new insurance! This is sinful and needs to be exposed! Calling the State today & other local carriers!"

"I have been with Lisa Allen - State Farm Insurance for 20+ years. I have home and auto insurance with Lisa Allen. I have (4) kids all 16 or older; so I have (6) drivers in the family. Recently I've been in the market for a (5th) car and maybe a (6th) in the near future. I have consulted with Madelyn (Lisa Allen - State Farm) a couple of times in the past week over the purchasing of the vehicle and getting it put on my auto policies. Madelyn has been great. There had been an issue with the dealer getting a hold of the auto Title. Initially, I found it hard to believe it could take 6-days to release the Lein on the Auto Title. Madelyn had previously worked at an auto dealership prior to Lisa Allen State Farm. She was able to provide some past history that sometimes Auto Titles can get hung up with the Lein. She was correct. The out of state dealer (Hoselton Toyota, East Rochester, NY) has been great with the Used Car sales experience. Hoselton Toyota Easts Rochester, NY (Partha, Pre-Owned Sales Consultant) has been very straight forward, honest, and easy to come to an agreement on price and delivery terms. Hoselton Toyota never played any games in the pre-owned sales process. Partha and Madelyn have communicated back and forth a couple of times with each other and me to align all the paperwork: insurance proof of date, finance loan, and sales agreement. After waiting 1-week for the Title to free from the Lein and State of NY, the efforts from Partha and Madelyn, are making the sales go through 1-week later. Also, of note, Madelyn and I are located (Bloomington, IN) 660 miles from Hoselton Toyota, (East Rochester, NY). I had looked for a 2017 INFINITI QX50 VA 3.7L, AWD SUVs from coast to coast (New Jersey to Seattle, WA). Hoselton Toyota, East Rochester, NY (had the best pre-owned QX50 in the nation for me based on Options: (Premium, Premium+, Deluxe Touring, and Technology packages), moderate 64,000 miles, and BEST PRE-OWNED (7+ year old vehicle) inspected and conditioned car I've seen. Hoselton Toyota installed new brakes: rotors (Fr/Rr), pads (Fr/Rr), new tires, and newly installed Weather Tech floor mats. The 2017 INFINITI QX50 with 64,000 miles looked and felt like a NEW CAR for a fraction of the new car price. I appreciate meeting and working with Partha (Hoselton Toyota, East Rochester, NY) and the support from Madelyn (Lisa Allen - State Farm, Bloomington, IN) in the purchase process of this Pre-owned 2017 INFINITI QX50 AWD SUV.
